All diagnostics within our normal service area, regardless of appliance type or brand, remain the same.

$120 - For the first appliance diagnostic.
$60 - For each additional appliance on the property, depending on services performed. (Units at a 2nd location will be rated as a first appliance.)
Customer supplied part installation and return trips are billed on an hourly basis.

Additional fees will be applied for diagnostics OUTSIDE of our normal service area. (Please select Service Area from the menu for more information)

For warranty coverage, proof of purchase may be required.

All repairs performed after diagnosis are quoted prior to any repairs being made, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

All parts are priced competitively, and every effort is made to maintain prices equal to or below MSRP.
